We stopped here for dinner today. I had the bbq briskit, turkey, and bologna with cole slaw and onion rings. The food was delicious. The service and atmosphere are great.
This is the spot to get a good drink and amazing food.. I myself am a bar sitter guy and all the bartenders Emily, Denise, mator, and angie are all amazing nice faces and amazing personality all different personalities. Fridays and Saturday are for steaks and are amazing... coming to liberal or through liberal dont fret they will take the argument of where you want to eat this is the spot 😉.
In town for the night on my bicycle ride across the country. I looked up good eats in Liberal and this place popped up. AMAZING food, fair prices, pretty good drinks, and some of the best service I’ve encountered while eating out on my trip so far. My waitress today was very kind and on the ball!
Ashley at Brickhouse BBQ was absolutely awesome. She was friendly from the moment we walked in, stayed on top of everything, and made the whole experience even better. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out quick, and she had a great attitude the entire time even while busy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a while. We’ll be back for sure!
First time in liberal food was delicious got the pork and slaw with fried okra. Angie was my server and she was absolutely wonderful! Definitely a must try out here in Kansas!
We went site seeing and needed somewhere to stop for lunch. We drove past this place and decided to stop. We are so glad we did. The food was amazing. We got the Mac daddy loaded baked potato, the brisket taco salad and the lite rib dinner. Wow. Just wow. Well worth the drive and the price. Highly recommend if you’re ever in the area.
Our waitress jenny was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional from the moment we sat down. She constantly checked in to make sure everything was perfect without ever being overwhelming, kept our drinks filled, and had such a warm and welcoming attitude the entire time. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable, and you can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service. Definitely one of the best dining experiences at brickhouse I’ve had because of her.
Had the steak dinner Friday night. That steak was so delicious and seasoned so good. And cooked just the way I wanted it. As for the salad the lettuce could of been cut better and I didn't care for the ranch or the sweet tea. Definitely will come back some day for that bomb steak. My husband has the three meat platter and enjoyed it.
Stopped for dinner traveling through the area. Coming from KC I feel like I have a good taste for barbecue. This place would do great in Kansas City head to head with some other barbecue joints. Delicious, pulled, pork, very tasty brisket, and even the smoked chicken was really good. Beans were tasty and so are the mashed potatoes and gravy. Also really like the tansy and slightly sweet house sauce. Emily, apparently the only and the supreme Emily working here, was a great hostess and took care of me even though I was the only person sitting on the patio back in the corner. She was great chatting with about the different meat options and her suggestions for everything.
Amazing experience! All of the food was awesome. Wings were crispy, the ribs and sausages fell apart in your mouth! Our server Denise was wonderful - so helpful with her recommendations and just a spot of sunshine. She recommended caramel sauce with the cheese curds and it tastes like funnel cake! You NEED to come here and ask for Denise! Thank you for a wonderful experience! ❤️
